Tracy Wade brings a diverse professional background spanning marketing, banking, and insurance leadership roles. She currently serves as Head of North America Coverholder Relations for Brit Global, a Lloyd’s of London syndicate. Previously, Tracy held senior leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer for Maxum Specialty, a company of The Hartford, and Head of Distribution for Navigators Specialty. Her career reflects a strong track record of strategic leadership, relationship building, and operational excellence.

Throughout her career, Tracy has remained deeply committed to community service. While living in Atlanta, she served on the North Fulton Education Board, was President of the Insurance Industry Council for City of Hope and volunteered with The Drake House shelter. Since moving to Highlands full-time with her husband, Bob, in 2021, Tracy has continued her community involvement through Leadership Highlands and service with the Chamber Grants and Sponsorship Committee, Highlands Rotary Club, Highlands Cashiers Health Foundation (community advisor), First Presbyterian Church of Highlands (FPCH) Session, and the Stage4Hope Board.

Tracy has been an incredible ambassador for Stage4Hope in the Highlands community, where her relationships, energy, and dedication have already opened meaningful doors in support of the organization’s mission. Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Tracy and Bob enjoy traveling, collecting wine, and spending time around town with their golden retriever, Pimms.
