Stage4Hope donates all funds remaining after essential operating costs each year directly to cancer research. These dollars are awarded as grants of $100,000 or more to leading investigators at top cancer centers whose work can quickly translate into better treatments for patients.

Partnership Highlight: Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK)

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center

Stage4Hope is proud to partner with Dr. Alex Drilon, Chief of MSK’s Early Drug Development Service, a global leader in fusion-driven lung cancer research.

Together, we are funding a $2.5 million, three-year initiative to study resistance in ROS1-positive lung cancers, expand patient-derived models, and test new therapies.

This project is designed to:

  • Uncover how cancer genes and proteins change in response to treatment.
  • Develop strategies to delay or overcome resistance to targeted therapies.
  • Build a library of patient-derived models (xenografts and organoids) to accelerate drug discovery.

Stage4Hope currently awards research grants on a strategic, invitation-only basis, reviewed and approved by our Board with guidance from external experts.
